Louisiana Alcohol Tobacco Commission Commissioner Juana Lombard, Senator Troy Carter, and the Links, Incorporated are sponsoring a Human Trafficking Symposium to raise awareness about human trafficking. Toiletries and non-perishables will be collected during this event.
